I had a great time at this hotel. The best aspects were the cleanliness, hotel facilities, location, and staff. The room was very spacious and clean, and the hot water pool was amazing. The hotel staff was very attentive and accommodating to my dietary needs. The hotel facilities were great, and the breakfast had a good selection of food items. The location was perfect, and I felt safe and secure throughout my stay.
Could not be improved in any way.

We had an amazing vacation break. The peaceful ambiance of the hotel made us feel like we were in a tranquil oasis. The hot water pool was definitely the best part of the stay and we enjoyed it thoroughly. , the size of the room was quite spacious, and the comfortable beds were a treat for us. the staff was very attentive and considerate regarding our dietary needs.
Certain aspects could have been better. For instance, the WiFi disconnected frequently and needed to be restarted.

The hot water pool was amazing and the staff was really careful with dietary needs. We felt secure and comfortable in our spacious room and enjoyed the comfortable bed. the prices for the food items were good and matched those of the bar and room refrigerator.
There were a few safety issues, with the hot water pool and hot tub intakes lacking guards or covers and having a strong suction that left bruises. the bathtub drain plug was unusable.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The hot water pool was absolutely amazing and provided the perfect relaxation experience. The spacious room was a delight, and I found the bed to be incredibly comfortable. The staff was attentive to my dietary needs and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. I felt secure and at ease throughout my stay.

The surroundings of the hotel were serene and provided a much-needed escape from the busy surroundings. the room was quite spacious and comfortable, with a very cozy bed. the hotel staff was careful and attentive to our dietary needs. their breakfast was quite enjoyable and had a variety of options.
The Wi-Fi frequently disconnected and was quite frustrating.
